Nails

Do I have to trim my natural nails first?

Not required, but shorter nails give the press-ons a stronger, longer-lasting bond.

Will press-ons damage my nails?

No—when you follow our gentle removal steps, they’re a harmless alternative to acrylics.

How do I pick the right size?

Check our sizing guide or order a sizing kit for the most precise fit!

Check our sizing guide and product size chart. In-between?

Choose the smaller size. Oversized tips can lift at the edges and weaken adhesion.

How long does a set stay on?

With proper prep, up to 2 weeks. We suggest changing every 1–2 weeks for hygiene.

How soon can I use my hands after application?

Instantly—just avoid water, oils, or lotion for a few hours (best applied before bed).

Can I shower with them?

Absolutely.

Are they reusable?

Yes! Swap in fresh adhesive tabs and wear them again.

Tips for longer wear?

Prep nails thoroughly, avoid water/oil for a few hours, and press each nail firmly several times a day during the first 72 hours.

Shelf life when stored?

Cleaned and kept cool & dry, they’ll last 12+ months. Frequent use, of course, causes normal wear.

Can I return a set I don’t like?

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. You may check the rates for your country at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us.

Do I need to pay for duties & taxes?
  • For overseas customers (excluding the US), please note that any forms of import duties, custom and local sales taxes would be fully borne by the recipient.
  • For United States customers, starting from Aug 29, 2025, all shipments will be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any applicable duties and taxes are already included in the shipping fee shown at checkout—no extra charges on delivery.
  • If a parcel arrives at its destination and the customer refuses to pay the required import fees, the shipping company will return the parcel to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the import tax, return shipping fees, and any other related charges.
  • Additionally, if a package is delayed, returned, or destroyed due to the customer’s failure to cooperate with customs requirements (e.g., providing an EORI number, tax ID, personal ID, or other necessary information), the customer will bear full responsibility for all resulting costs.
How long does shipping take?

For Singapore orders, standard delivery takes 1-3 working days. International delivery can take anywhere between 5-15 working days. Please note that these times are estimates provided by our carrier and shipping may occasionally take longer.

Where can I track my order?

After your shipment is handed over to the logistics team, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
Deliveries within Singapore will be fully tracked via the URL provided.
While international shipments can be fully tracked, tracking may cease in certain countries once it's transferred to your national courier. In such cases, use the tracking number provided by your national courier in the URL provided for updates.

The tracking system occasionally updates early before they actually receive their order, so you should wait at least 1-2 working days before worrying. If it has yet to arrive by then, please check with the local post office for the whereabouts of your package

What if my parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address?

Any error on the order information sent in before shipment can still be corrected. Do inform us to make the necessary changes.
Kindly double check your address before checking out to enjoy a smooth shopping process. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. Please contact us immediately if you realize there’s an issue with your address or delivery, and we’ll assess what can be done based on the stage of your order.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?

All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days. If you do not receive a notification by then, please drop us an email at nnailsbyzee@gmail.com or contact us on Instagram @nnailzby.zee
This does not include the shipping time by the courier. Shipping time depends on where you are located in the world.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, changes can be made to your order only if it hasn't been marked as shipped yet. Please notify us as soon as possible.  You can get in touch with us to place a new order with the additional product you intended to add. In such a case, we'll refund the shipping fees for the new order. 

If the order is already in the shipping process, we won't be able to modify it.
Please ensure you review your order carefully before finalizing it to avoid any inconvenience once it's shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to administrative and bank charges, we are unfortunately not able to do cancellations at this point in time. All sales are non-refundable. Do check before submitting an order.
